145 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 145 platform, applicable to all registered members in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any services provided by 145.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 145 platform (accessible via https://145.run and its associated apps), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 145. By accepting these terms, you also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
145 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the 145 platform, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 145 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard this information. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact 145 customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during account registration and verification.
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Do not use automated software or scripts to interfere with platform operations.
- Comply with all game rules set by 145.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 145 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers and approved digital wallets.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by 145 and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe. 145 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated operating hours. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. 145 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 145 are subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms, including rollover requirements and validity periods. Misuse of bonuses in breach of these conditions may result in their forfeiture.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
145 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity has been detected in connection with the account.
- The user provided false or misleading information during the registration or verification process.
- Multiple accounts found to be owned by the same individual.
- A request from the relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, 145 will assess the situation and inform the user of its decision within a reasonable timeframe. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 145 customer support team to process the request. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded once all withdrawal conditions have been met.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 145 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 145 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or technical errors. 145 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and other materials on the 145 platform are the exclusive property of 145 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of such content without prior written consent from 145.
Third-Party Links
The 145 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 145 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
145 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed void to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
